Magmatic Engine and redstone energy cell

Hi, i'm new here and i have a little problem

I want to charge my redstone energy cell, and actually it's very very slow. I have magmatic engine and magma crucible to feed them, but they only output 0.4 MJ each for 4MJ at maximum power, how can I increase this output ?
(everything is linked by energy redstone conduits)

Hmmm i guess not, I didn't see on wiki that I must, and how ^^
