Sorry was late when I posted this, it's Soartex, I am currently not using optifine and I am on the FTB Monster pack. I'll take a SS and post it shortly.

The Soartex packs in the FTB launcher are outdated, I need to prompt the FTB folks to update.

Ran into another TE skin issue, didn't want to make another thread, when using an Ender IO the redstone furnace, pulverizer, and induction smelter are invisible, but can still be interacted with.

Found another issue the alchemical centrifuge when viewed through a warded jar is invisible.

That's an issue with default minecraft rendering. Have to do with the texture pack. Try looking at a nether portal through water. Same thing.
