Would it not make more sense, if the Magic World pack used the RP addon for ExtrabiomesXL, seeing as it's a 'Magic' modpack.

Is this something you're working on, or will work on?
Cause I think that'd be great.

I could be wrong but I'd hazard a guess at ExtraBiomesRPG, which TDWP_FTW authored as an addon to EBXL and added 'fantasy' biomes to the mix. It's now a completely seperate mod called Biomes O'Plenty which adds both 'normal' and 'fantasy' biome types.

If Biomes O'Plenty is what ZeMedic is referring to, it cannot be "officially" included in FTB and it's mentioned in the FAQ.

Some of the biomes from BO'P are indeed kind of "magical" but personally I wouldn't want more biomes, the existing ones are pretty large as it is now... But then again Ars Magica requires lots of exploration... Hmmmm....

Yes certainly, this is what I meant.
I decided to look around and take a chance to download it myself, as I knew there was a 'Add mod' button within the launcher.
And it works, pretty well.
The Twilight Forest biomes gets mixed up at certain times, so you will get massive mushrooms and twiligt oak trees in the normal world.
But it works.

The reason I wanted to ask if the mod could be added to the launcher, is because there is a virus going on, at least in Sweden.
So I dare not press any ad.fly links and such.
Luckily they had a Direct Download link.

I just thought the current EBXL were complete bullshit, due to the seemingly only new biomes that is generated are the Redwood ones, and other single vanilla tree forests.
And since it's an addon, if it were to make it into the pack, I'd think they would allow you to disable some biomes you don't like. Or the whole 'expansion' in general.

If you're getting Twilight Forest biomes appearing in the overworld then it means there's a conflict in biome ID's between Biomes O'Plenty and Twilight Forest. I think I had a similar issue when I was putting together a custom mod set up in MultiMC and that's where the problem was. I don't know if there's a paticular range you have to work within where biome IDs are concerned but I just changed the conflicting ones to something slightly higher and it seemed to sort it.

Yes, and that's the reason I decided to remove it.
The generation of the biomes felt unnatural.
