Magic world 2-aspect combinations changed?

Hello anybody reading this( would I be talking to anyone else? :P) anyways I am currently playing a modified MW2 instance where I updated TC4.1, forbidden magic, and TT2/TTKAMI to their latest versions. One issue im having though is it seems Motus took the aspect combination of Tempestas. It is annoying because some tools like http://ythri.github.io/tcresearch/ are using the usual combination.
Delving into the configs of TC4.1,TT2, and FM allowed me to find some intresting options but did not have anything on a changed aspect combination. Any help?

Hooray! You are a genius for that tool. Also I have one little bug I found. I was screwing around with settings and found...well...

I just went for screenies, I could of sworn it said a release was out when I looked yesterday
