well depends if you are equipped to deal with the hill. You will need to clear the mobs kill the spawners and light that bad boy up. Than you will have a nice base.

...If you are not equipped ...well im sorry you need to run and run fastyeah, I have full diamond armour using excess diamonds I didn't need (lucky spawn). But I wasn't prepared at ALL for a hollow hill. oh well, at least it wasn't a hydra lair... THAT would have sucked. If I need to, I could always pull out my sword of the zephyr I found in one of those TC obsidian pigman spawner-things.
EDIT: After doing some more research on these thing when I noticed that there were no wraiths at all, and comparing it to a picture of a hydra lair, it is in fact a medium hollow hill. However, there are several others nearby and even a labyrinth, so I'm not too disappointed.
