So me and my friends play on a server I host from my own computer, well until I started using FTB Ultimate. I dragged the Server folder to my desktop, renamed the server.jar to what I always use and copied in my start command and server properties. Started the server with said command and I was able to join fine. My friends came over and downloaded FTB Ultimate, added the server to the Multiplayer list and anytime they tried to join the crashed completely. No log, they froze on the logging in screen, then it went black. The server didn't even recognize they had tried to join (Odd?). Anyone have a fix? All of us are on Java 6, seeing as all recent Java 7 updates for Mac are blocked for good reason. It isn't possible to upgrade Java's as Apple requires a version that has not come out yet and can't be anything beneath it. Saying this because I heard that Ultimate is "friendlier" with Java 7.

I have the same problem, I think its pretty wide-spread. From what I've seen all mac users crash when trying to join servers unfortunately.
