Windows .exe Luantcher not dowenloding

i am stuck on the dowenloding minecraft.jar fase of the luantch anny grait iders on howe i can get it to work i tryed deleating the luantcher and all the field with it and dowenlode it agen both exe and jar also deleating .minecraft

any iders?

well i got it to dowenlode by running the exe as admin

nowe however i get this
