Windows .exe Low FPS

I have an ASUS V550C and while playing direwolf20 1.6.4 i get 3 fps

I have an intel HD 4000 graphics card and everyone sais the only fix is to use the nvidia control panel but i don't have one. I am utterly lost on how to fix this problem. MY laptop runs skyrim on full with no problem. any help would be apreciated.

I don't know where you bought it from but the link below from the ebuyer website lists the laptop as only having an Intel Integrated card and no dedicated one.

If your one is different then right click the computer icon on the desktop and choose properties. Now click device manager and finally click the triangle next to display adapters. If there is only one entry there then you only have the one gfx card. Let me know what you find.

I had the same problem but I learned to play on tiny and deal with it, you could also try out the other modpacks.
