Details of the issue:

I have incredibly low fps, sitting at around 10 fps right now. When I use to play mod packs on this same computer, I ranged at about 40 fps. I understand that it's a bigger pack, but is there any way to higher my fps? I've looked through many guides, and I feel like it's something beyond my computer. I have v sync off, and unlimited fps with lowest settings. I also have 4 gigs put into the mod pack.

BetterFPS, FPSPlus, Optifine, and Fastcraft can all possibly improve your FPS (google their names and they should pop up). Your CPU is a little on the low end and we don't know much about your GPU either.
