Low FPS on "super-computer"

Hello people, I do not post on forums very often at all so please excuse my absence of forum knowledge.

Computer Specs:
i5 2500k overclocked safely to 3.5Ghz
16GB of 1600mhz RAM
2x Nvidia 560ti in sli
Solid State Drive which FTB is running off of
Windows 8 64-bit
64-bit Java

FTB Modpack:
Mindcrack with 10GB of RAM allocated
OptiFine 1.4.6 HD U D3​

The problem I am having is extreamly low fps except on tiny rendering distances. When I open my inventory it lowers even more( asuming because of NEI). As soon as I increase the rendering distance at all the FPS drops.

Please help with this issue I am having any help would be greatly appreiceated.

In the folder you installed FTB to (can be found in the options tab of the launcher...
  1. Go to that folder
  2. open the modpack your using
  3. open the minecraft folder inside the modpack folder
  4. it is going to be forge-somethingoranother-log-0
  5. please upload it to pastebin.

The paste is too large for the maximum file size. What should I do.
also will the console log look something like...

reinstall java and try to lower RAM in Launcher, this is probably new comp so make sure u have all drivers installed etc. use everest to check if u pc is good

actually i have had the comp. for a year now , Home built bought the parts myself but i did recently do a fresh install of windows 8

umm I am running this through steam but I am not sure as to if this make a difference
Ill keep looking though[DOUBLEPOST=1362607309][/DOUBLEPOST]i have four things one of which might be it

It was worse before optifine if i remember correctly thats why I installed it.
