Low FPS on mindcrack FTB

I dont know why but i am getting very low FPS when i play FTB mindcrack pack. I play on a i7 cote 8 gigs of ram ge-force GTX660 grapgics card and i still have no idea whats going on. My friends have the same computer as me and they get no lag. Please reply if you could no what it could be!

I've been playing around with the mods & stuff, & it seems to me. If you find a Marsh biome that's not suppose to be there...it causes GREAT amount of lag. Idk if this helps...

The optifine version doesn't work well with these new updates.

Optifine only works if you have the newer version of McForge. McForge For FTB is 60.5.1.5? you need 60.5.1.8 to be able to use Optifine

Try to disable the twilight forest mod maybe is it
