Low fps on good pc, MCEternal

GPU: RX 580
RAM: 4x8 32GB
Modpack: MCEternal

I went ahead and bought 2x8 RAM cuz I thought that was the problem but I still get 28-75 fps going up and down mostly when I'm moving. I've disabled foam fix animations cuz I heard that causes a problem with AMD and because that fixed the problem with another mod pack in the past. Now I'm out of ideas honestly. I just want to enjoy the pack and I cant.. HELP?

not really a ftb question in my opinion but you might try changing the algorithm under video setting since i see better fps is included in that pack i usually have good luck with rivens half? i think its called either way try cycling threw a couple and see if one helps
