low FPS on FTB Ultimate Reloaded

So i have been playing sky Odyssey for some time and ive decided to play Reloaded but for some reason when i load up a single player world i have 1 fps. but when i was playing Sky Odyssey i had 30 fps and i had no problem playing on servers with sky odyssey.

My PC specs are:
Processor - intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3770 CPU @3.40GHz 3.4GHz
Installed Ram - 32.0 GB
GPU - Radeon RX 580 Series

ive tried changing settings in minecraft that didnt work, optifine didnt work, allocating more ram didnt work, ive run out of ideas.
 
Open /config/foamfix.cfg and change this line:

B:disableTextureAnimations=false
to
B:disableTextureAnimations=true

(make sure only to change the false to true, try not to change anything else - including spaces etc.)
