Problem Low FPS on a decent computer, need help to fix?

I dont get it why i get so low FPS in FTB Revelation pack on Minecraft 1.12

I have a computer with i7-4790K CPU with 16GB RAM memory and a Readeon R9 380 4GB GPU.

I only get 15-20 FPS when playing minecraft FTB Revelation. Why is this?

I have tried to set the FTB Launcher (https://www.feed-the-beast.com/) on 2gb, 4gb, 5gb, 6gb, 7gb
memory... none makes any changes on the FPS.

What can i do to improve this?

ram (unless too low) and graphics card have a low impact on minecraft, it all depends on cpu, install optifine and disable stuff like terrain animations (which is useless anyway)

Installed Optifine and VaniliaFix.
Got the FPS up to 50-60 no atm.

It's amd drivers if you boot into linux and use third party amd drivers you will get better fps. or buy an nvidia gpu.
