Details of the issue So I've been working on a modpack of my own, and I have a couple bugs I'd like to squash.
I've tried posting on a hundred different forums, searching around as much as possible, and I'm not finding any solutions. Hopefully someone here can help. I'm just going to throw all my problems into one post.

PROBLEM 1:
Chococraft timeout
Players are getting kicked whenever they feed/tame chocobos.
This is on Chococraft 4.1.5.

PROBLEM 2:
Tinker's Glove
The Traveller's Glove doesn't give the mining boost it's supposed to. This has been an issue in other/previous FTB packs, however, Infinity Skyblock (maybe regular infinity too) somehow managed to fix the problem, so I know there's a workaround somewhere.
PROBLEM 3:
Moon Lag
Galacticraft planets (only tested on the moon so far though) put the server into a serious overdrive. Server upload quadruples, and causes lag for any players with insufficient download speeds. And despite our server having 10-12 Mbps upload speeds, it will sometimes even exceed that.

PROBLEM 4:
This isn't so much a problem as it is a question. Can someone explain to me how biome ID's work, and how, if at all, I can use ID's over 127 with minimal issues?
I'm trying to add BoP and remove some of the current worldgen mods, but BoP alone uses every non-vanilla biome slot up to 124. I've had to remove half the biomes to support what we already have installed.
