Loot chest

Upon starting to play the new DW20 pack I started a map with the same seed he used (the official 1st episode map wasn't available for download at the time). As I'm getting established I have to go look for clay. During said search I find a greatwood tree with cobwebs and decide to check out the loot chest. This awaits in the chest...



Too bad it's getting dark and I'm a long way from home :Þ

portal guns often can be found as dungeon loot. heck, in one mystcraft world I found about a dozen portalguns from thaumcraft altars

Nice! However i was more impressed with having the gathered set of the builders wand, the division sigil and the portal gun. I must admit that I'm not really familiar with how common they are but having them from early game will help a bunch

builder wands are even more common then portaguns. though the division sigil may be a bit rare in some worlds, as it's an item that's only found in dungeon chests, it cannot be crafted. and I always play in windowed mode at that resolution, I always like to watch streams while playing Minecraft

I was expecting some insane 4k resolution requiring SLI GTX Titans to run with a decent framerate.

@Yusunoha: Nice to know. I've only ever seen those items in DW20's videos and was really happy with the find. Good to know they are far from irreplaceable

do note though they take durability when charged. they've something like 256 uses or something.
but you shouldn't need it that often though...

Yeah and I started my world with a random seed, broke 2 peridot and 2 ruby pickaxes and not a single diamond. I guess that's my luck xD

Yesterday I started a new world (Horizons pack) and spawned right next to a tree with a cave spider spawner under it (the one from Thaumcraft) and found two division sigils in the chest :b

but once you get to a point that you've alot of levels and made yourself an uncrafting table... prepare yourself for some unexploding unstable ingots.
