Woah, I just had a revelation. What if golems are actually wisps bound to a body, through you, which is why they obey you? And the wisps aren't from the flux, but are simply there to say hello to their trapped brothers?
Even wisp types make sense, harmful wisps are the iron ones, the peaceful ones are the rest. If I know more about wisps and golems I would draw even more pointless lines, but I don't.

Thought so. Some vid I just found but am not watching had "new mob" in the name. Who knows what that's about. Minecraft wiki to the rescue!
Those would be super helpful for a build that I'm working on right now. But whenever the day comes that I'm playing on 1.6 I don't think I'll want to do it over again. Oh well, I'll just have to improvise.
Regardless, I can see those being great for a number of builds. I'm sure I'll be making good use of them when the time comes.

Mmmmmm yeah they look really nice. I like these coloured hardened clay blocks. I'd use 'em in a build.
