I don't seem to understand your problem... Can't you just add these two mods to your mods folder??

Seems a bit "I'm too good for this" to hire someone to do something you could do after an hour or two of research and practice ;)

Biomes o plenty is already there, you just have to delete ".disabled" from the mod's name. As for the Aether 2, it seems like a mod that isn't compatible with much. Although with a little time you may get it to work. Before adding it, start up a world and use the nei to dump a text file with all of the item and block id's. Then add the aether. Start up ftb and when it crashes, find the forge modloader log. This log will tell you every id that conflicts. When you open the log, hit ctrl+f and serch for "CONFLICT @" without the quotes. You can then use the different mod configs, preferably Aether2's config only, to change the id's around. If you're getting a conflict and the id dump says there is nothing in that slot, try subtracting 256 from the id. Also, Aether2 is in alpha, who knows what kind of funky quirks it may add to the game, especially with the 100 or so mods already there.
