Looking for input/ideas/participants/someone to host (maybe)

Sorry for the long title, but I wanted to convey the majority of what I was talking about here. My name is Chris, IGN Korsovan, and I'm looking for community feedback on what you all would like to see from a youtuber/twitch streamer. I have been looking into joining different groups like the Bravest Miners, but I also have been thinking of also doing a solo LP of Minecraft or Skyrim, or Saints row, or other games.
If I do an LP for Minecraft, what conditions would everyone like me to do? Hardcore Mode? PVP Games? Hypixel Maps? Single player, multiplayer? Modded, Vanilla, 1.6.2? I want feedback and a way to reach out to potential viewers, and the sooner I get feedback the sooner I can begin. Honestly I'd like to play with some other people, so if I can find some people mature enough and willing to have some fun then I think it would be a grand experience.
Also if anyone wants to or knows someone that can host a group, maybe we can also form our own little band of adventurers. I'd love to be as viewed as some of the big names, but for now I'd love to just have fun and learn from and teach others. We not ever get big but we'd have fun doing it. Anyways enough of my rant, I hope to hear from some people soon. Details for myself as follows.

Mature Player, 29 years old
Pacific Standard Time or GMT -8 hours
Looking to play in the evenings starting around 9PM, sometimes mornings, around 4-5 AM and depending on times put forward by the group. IE if we decide to do it at 2:00PM ahead of time, I will make sure I can do it.
Know the ins and outs of most Minecraft mods, and can help install for 1.6.2 if we decide to go that route

Considering the large modpacks out there currently:

Hexxit. It's adventure themed, and it's much different from most other packs. If you haven't played with mods outside of unleashed this pack is going to require some time to understand.
Resonant rise. It's like unleashed, but with some tweaks and additions/removals.
Unleashed. If you can't pick, I would highly suggest defaulting to this.
Unhinged. It's like UHC but it punishes you with time. If you do a series on this it'll last a long time. Contains GregTech and not many other mods.
Ultra hard core. Hellish. You're going to die on day 1. And you're going to die the next day. Again. And again. The pack code is "UHC".

Or, if you want, you can assemble your own pack, and use the configs from other modpacks to keep it from exploding.

You can get it on the AT launcher (It's lacking permissions). The server isn't public, though.

Cool I like the idea of the big modpacks, I know I can handle 150+ at a time so that'd be a good start
It's a shame Millenaire is a pain or I'd add that on the top as well. Definitely looking for some spiffy dungeons to traipse around in so Better Dungeons will be a must. May even make a zoo with Dr. Zharks

Well if your into technical and machinery then why not look at my server thread in my signature below? Yep my server is tailored for heavy machinery and tech with the mods I added and removed from the FTB Unleashed pack. Although like myself no one want a barren empty server. However if you want, you could get some of your buddies to join the bandwagon! That's is the way to hammer down what's you wanna do. So if you like machining and building things with many functions then my server is the place. However if you like building more housing and rooms without much purpose then you'd probably wanna do something else. However my server play style once I get more players is to let people do their own goals to goes hand on hands. Anywhere from an adventurer whose pull loots and finds rich deposits of black gold to refinery plants and chemical plants to deliver everybody the supplies needed to do their goals. Like now we doing a powerplant/recycling plant. Toss in rubbish from your processes and/or fuels then we would recycle/burns the fuels.
