Looking for FTB server ideas

hi i got a 100 player 4gb ram with 16gb reserve node ssd drive
i want to create a nice ftb server and i want to know what u guys look in a server

What I look for?
mature, funny community
no lag
if there are restrictions; not too hefty and explain why certain things are

I just posted this in a different forum and no response yet so I'll share it with you:
I cant seem to find a server to fit my needs. I don't mind donating for what I want. I'm a valuable player who is always ready to help and never greifs or steals. I am in my 30's so no worries about maturity. I don't care if its whitelisted or not I think greylist is a good idea. I prefer the goldshovel for protection but as long as you have some way to protect my things I don't care.
I will list my wishes in order of importance
Mystcraft
Random ports like /rp or a sign you can click
Donate to fly like /fly or gravichest or jetpack
/back
PVE
Thaumcraft
I dont mean to be a pig but I require alot of sethomes
I won't pay monthly for donations but I will add on package deals like machines etc.

Here are some things I like but arn't a deal breaker:
mcmmo
jobs
skyblock
teamspeak or something similar

well for structure wise, i would like an FTB server where everyone works on a certain mod, like you have a city that has shops in the downtown and a group of peopl owns and runs the shop and develops through the stages of technology, as the server ages, more will come and join the server and speacialize in each modpack, then after like a month with one modpack, everyone switches to the next modpack, and in the stores they only sell like the raw materials, and you have to produce effort to make stuff and make your house awesome so you would still have to mine, the could be a quarry company that does quarrys a mineing well a pump company, you could hire people to do stuff, its just an idea but it might be fun

I like that Idea also on that note maby have one person specialize on one of the mods and use it as a trade system for certain items and equipment
