Looking for family server

I'm over 30 and have kids and I am looking for a server to hang out on with other dads/families basically. My kids are too young to play yet but I want to find a community like that for when they are old enough. Obviously, with kids, dads like us have very little time to play but it would be cool to hang out with the same type of people. Probably won't get very far with the mods but I'm no stranger to playing the same game for a long time (WoW for 6 years!) Thanks.

Well, I had planned on setting up a server like that, and even posted twice on the Server section, but my post got declined and Rob never responded to my question about why. Personally, I think that the Server mods are very rude.

whizz, calm down.

Servers are like 8 dollars or something, and you can invite people you know/want to join.

Not for good "lag free" one you'll have to spend at least 16 dollars all the way to 25 for just 4 to 6 people. I own one at 16 bucks and it's consume a lot of memory just idling.

Well it's may be good if your running out of CPU or something but I'm not, so it's would better at least for me to goes out and buy a server with more Ram with those extra 5 or 8 dollars more they charge.

I'm 38 and in the UK. I host team speak and mine craft for a bunch if mates I've gamed with for years and we are all old enough to know better by now. My 5 year old likes to chat with some of the guys sometimes and to be honest she is probably the most mature of us :)
