Looking for Another Mod.

Is there any mod that creates seeds for minecraft flowers? Looking to grow flowers for dyes ect for decocraft and the likes. Would the agricraft seeds work for like botania flowers for dyes or any other suggestions?

Agricraft should work just fine, as will Mystical Agriculture, which produces dye essence that can make any of the dye types. Alternately, Forestry's bee's are simple to automate, and will generate enormous quantities of flowers. Combine with some method of auto harvest, up to and including a vanilla style water system, and you'll have infinite dyes of most colors.

ExU2's Mechanical user with bone meal on a rose/sunflower should provide infinite of that. Blue would have to still be lapis I believe. Don't know of any blue flower that does the two tall thing.

Do Botania floral dyes work? If so, you can plant the petals and bone meal them to get a 2 tall flower you harvest with shears that provides 4 petals, and grind three of them into floral dye.

Personally for dyes I usually use botania.

Get your mana generation to the point where you have a 3x3 pool battery or a 5x5 pool battery then set that to a Jaded Amaranthus. Use a drum of the wild to pop the flowers off the ground and a hopper hawk to pick them up.

Once you have a ton of flowers you can convert them to 2 tons of petals and mortar and pestle them to dye powder.

If you have chickens & hatchery installed you can get dyes from them as well.

Hmm yea i might go the Forestry or Botania route then. Yea not big fan of Mystical Agriculture and Chickens mod. Little to OP for me but to each there own, But thanks for the suggestions everyone. Love the community here always so helpful no matter what is asked.

If you have AgriCraft and Botania both, you can configure AgriCraft to grow Botania flowers on Crops, including the ability to mutate them onto 10/10/10 for increased output. One of each color is usually enough unless you have extreme dye needs.

Not sure if it has been fixed yet, but there was a bug involving Mystical Agriculture and AgriCraft which caused MA seeds to spawn randomly on open crops. Not world tearing, but having infinite ores on day two breaks progression of just about everything.
