Looking for an FTB Ultimate, Direwolf20 or Unleashed server

I think this is the best place to post this.

Anyways, I'm looking for an FTB Ultimate, Direwolf20 or Unleashed server that has at least the following;


1) PVP, Raiding, Griefing allowed.
2) Mature staff.
3) Active server with a player base of at least 20-30.
4) Very few items banned, with the following not banned:
Quarry
Computercraft
/tpa
5) Nearly no lag.


If a server is found that match these reqs, please post them here and I will be very grateful.
