Looking for a Unhinged Head Admin

Not sure if this is the right place to ask, but I'm looking for someone who can lead a unhinged server, Currently have a 32gb ddr3 server with e3 1245v2 on 1gbs Bandwidth (linux) server and a 6gb windows server,

We currently use multicraft for server panel which makes things a little easier to handle,

I might be interested, but I want an idea of what I will be working with here. Please respond via PM as some of this info you might not want public.

1. What other staff positions will there be and are they age restricted? I won't work a group of 14 year old moderators for example, one or two is fine but they can't be the only ones.

2. Your servers sound like good hardware, but can you give me full specs including storage, OS? I would prefer having modem numbers for the drives and what version the OS is.

3. How flexible are you with budget, control panel setup and such? I assume its a dedicated box, and I lean towards functionality rather than a pretty management GUI.

4. How many players are you expecting and what kind of requirements are there going to be? Its easier to run a setup thats friends and family only, because that means stuff like griefing is less of an issue. If its going to be more public its still doable but requires a serious time commitment for configuring the server.

5. Is this an ingame management position or will I be managing the server with root account access? I have plenty of experience managing VPS and dedicated setups, if you want specifics we can discuss that.

HMMMmmmmm, i do not want to lead a server, in any meaning of the word, BUT, i would like to help out with it.

there are 2 aspects basically, setting it up and keeping it running, but i'm not really that good with it, i know some things, but not much

then there is the server managing on 'the inside', which consists of keeping the players in check, making sure a community is being build, and people play nice with each other. that is something i am interested in, and i would like to do that, if you want me.

1. There is admin and mod, as head admin you get to choose who gets them, completely up to you.
2. The one we currently use for MC is the 1245v2, 32gb ddr3, 500gb sata 3 6gb/s, running CentOs 6.4 x64 1 Gbps Port Speed
3. Everything is pretty much set up, Multicraft is installed ( it's a pretty nice panel with lot of functions ) many server hosts use it, keep in mind we run other servers
4. Since this is going to an addition to our Community it has to be public
5. You have access to FTP and such so you can install plugins and other stuff
