Looking for a team to play with on a custom server

Hi, I want to find a friendly team of players, who would like to play a team based server. Meaning that we all work together and kinda build up a city, with jobs and stuff.
Packs and mods that we will play on will be discussed once the team is build, and will be changed once in a while.
