Looking for a simple tick monitoring tool.

Just what the title says. I notice in the Direwolf SMP series he types in a commands and immediately a tick rate is kicked back to him. I've poked around a bit trying to find something like that, but I haven't had much success. Was hoping someone here could point me in the direction of a simple tool for a small server I run off my PC. Thanks in advance for any help.

Just the /tps command, in a nice simple zip that you drop in the mods folder? Try this:
