My modpack building seems to be nearly finished, and i need last bits of customisation, so i ask everyone who knows anything similar for help:

I need
- Mod or bukkit plugin for 1.6.4 to restrict flying by jetpack\adv. nano chest plate in certain dimensions
- Some way to configure weight of specific item (Iguana tweaks)
- Some way to change cost of creating space station (Galacticraft)
