1)
1) Extra parallelization on your current machines. Running the full set of bee machines takes up 300 MJ/t. If you make copies so you can do multiple inoculations at once, then that can get up to 600, 900 or even 1200 if you are doing 4 at the same time.

You don't really need 1200MJ production for this, you just need a large enough buffer of redstone energy cells. Think I have 8 energy cells buffering my bee machines.

Thanks guys you all had good idea here I'm setup that i chose and built in creative and will built better on our server , is a 2 36hp solid steam boiler running on charcoal with 3 tree farm, 6 steam turbine for EU, my input water, and dirt and i get out sand, bio diesel, and about 800eu/t, yet found what I'm going to do with the diesel, and it full upgradeble

People will be quick to chide you for using a Steam Turbine for your EU production. I would suggest looking into other options for EU generation with that steam. The main* issue with them is steel usage. Many will suggest using some kind of Lava conversion system to get the EU you want. I usually point out that Power Converters is lossless and much easier to work with, and then they say it's "OP" and many arguments are had in my wake. After this I twirl my 'stash and chuckle like Snidely Whiplash.

Point is, you technically can do better then that.

*It's really the only issue. Other then the occasional "not nearly as efficient as X" arguments, but seriously, I power my base with the souls of the dammed on a good day, so don't bother arguing with me about "efficient methods" as I am too busy listening to Sandstorm and having a fucking awesome time.

I'm looking into replacing the steam turbine (main reason is the steel blade run out). i may just put out a bunch of steam industrial engine to mj and turn that to and lava for eu. I may just run smaller boiler. and upgrade as needed

If you go the MJ cruicible lava to Eu route you need to make sure you use netherack. It only costs 12000 MJs to create lava. Which in turn will produce 20,000 EU so your getting a better ratio. Otherwise its 1-1 and thats just terrible. MJs should be worth more then lava...

The issue with the netherrack for this type of system, isn't the efficiency. It's the fact that it is a closed loop. If netherrack is used, it is no longer a closed loop. At some point you have to add netherrack into the system to keep it functioning. Even though using cobble or the MFR lava gen isn't as efficient, once it is set up, no other maintenance needs to be done. The system will continue to run without external input. I know netherrack is easy to obtain and in large quantities, but that's not the point of his system. The OP wants something that is entirely hands off after it is created.

I don't know if you're still looking for a "infinite free power source", or if you care about all the work that is required to set up a worthwhile system for this, but might I suggest looking through the "New! Official! IC2 Nukes" thread for IC2 reactor designs. I suggest looking into This One. Not sure it'll still work, but hey, worth looking in to. Why? It's a self-sustaining breeder reactor. That is, you get more depleted cells out then it recharges. Though I warn you, it needs GregTech to be possible, so butthurt may occur. "Only" outputs 367 eu/t. I say "Only" because you get it basically for free(aside from automation costs), and it can do so forever.
