Details of the issue:
Bug has killed my server, and is reproducible in single player. Just put down a Dimensional Transceiver and hook a Logistics pipe up to it.. Poof there goes the game. I have tried updating logistic pipes and EnderIO, but neither fix the bug.​

Removing this block with MCEdit should fix the problem, Block location: World: (-952,4,676)

Take a backup before editing the world.
