Logistical Pipes Crashes Minecraft (FTB Monster 1.0.4)

I'm using the FTB Monster 1.0.4 pack.

I was wanting to upgrade my sorting system and started building all the pipes and modules. When I placed my first Basic Chassis Pipe my game crashed. I placed the pipe under a crystal chest if that matters. Whenever I try to load the save game Minecraft crashes again. I downloaded the pack again but it did not help.

EDIT:

So I removed the pipe with MCEdit and was able to load my save game again. I then recreated the crash a few times. It seems whenever I place any type of logistics pipe the game would crash.

I have the same error placing the basic logistics pipe. It crashes and the world is no longer available from the selection screen.

I believe there is a fix coming for this soon.

So I think I may have found a way to fix this bug, I just installed the latest version of Logistics Pipes and now I can place down pipes in my game without any crashes.

If you are using FTB Monster 1.0.4 you don't have to worry about updating BuildCraft, if not download BuildCraft 4.2.2, as it already uses the latest version. Just place LogisticsPipes-MC1.6.4-0.7.4.dev.95.jar in your mod folder and delete the old one (LogisticsPipes-MC1.6.4-0.7.4.dev.92.jar). Load up your game and hopefully it works.
