Logistic Pipes explode?

Hi

I recently replaced my logist network from logistic node and transport pipes to
logistic pipes.

But suddenly all my pipes massivly exploded for some reason.
The server im on do not allow explosion damage, so nothing was destroyed.
But why did my pipe explode?

Same problem with bc pipes? Too many items in the pipe?

So the reason is?
When to many items are in the pipe, they explode?

I think they do. On the server I played on, I had one pipe handling all of my sakura cherry tree farms and it just exploded. After I attach an ender chest to each and everyone of them, the problem never happen again. Might be coincidence.

Logistics Pipes EXPLODE now?! Wow, talk about a big deterrent from mismanaging your network.
