Update:
I did some more testing and i figured out it is logistic pipes that is not fast enough, did the simplest set up with just a 2 chest, one with mks ( itemsink and quick sort) and the other one with passive supplier. The more items i put in the slower it gets (dramaticly). so if i hook it up to the storage system with many items it takes forever.

Is their a way to fix it?

Old:

Found out the problem but was wondering if their is anything to change it:

The set up is pretty easy i am keeping something supplied in a chest through my ME storage.
It even works, the problem is with each number of diffrent item i have in the storage it takes longer to "find"(i guess) the item and then refill it.

For example:
--- i only have stone in storage and want stone to be supplied -> ones i take out it instance refills

---- if i have a stack of random items in system it already takes about 15-20 seconds at least

--- and so on

Is their a way to fix that? or upgrade it? change in config?

Trying to put more then one quick sorter in their: Result, items still take so long to search but then since i have put 2 quicksorters in, 2 times the amount gets to the chest which bugs the items out

Passive supplier means it will only supply passively, in other words, it won't try to refill once you take something out, but when something random enters the system. You need a Supplier Pipe for that.

The quicksort module switches through every item type it finds in the inventory and searches for a valid destination in the LP network. The passive supplier only provides a valid target and does not request things itself. So the time between searches for stone increases with every type of item in your ME system. This is by design and no bug.
Additionally the time between search attempts of the quicksort module increases every time, it can't find a target. This is intended to reduce the server-imprint of the module.

Change your passive supplier module for a supplier pipe and you'll see a significant increase of speed.

Wanted to that, problem is I need room for 24 items and a provider on the chest too. So I use a mk4 pipe. Don't have room to hook up 4 pipes their, their a solution to that?

Thx vor the explanation.

Well, you could use three supplier and one provider pipe and still have two sides to access the chest.
For what purpouse do you need all the items in just one chest? I don't think, it's for autocrafting for there is no recipe wanting more than nine items. Same goes for the various machines (MFR planter is configurable for up to nine different items and that's the highest number I know)
The only reason I can think of is for direct access, but you can do that through an ME access terminal anyways (and much easier).

Well a real auto crafting purpose it really does not have, it's more like just for the looks.
I have my full storage in my me system but want to supply a few chests with some of the most needed stuff. And because I don't have a lot of room, I can't place so many pipes their

Heard their was something in thaumcraft so u can have a diffrent block with all the imports.

Transvector Interface? That's from Thaumic Tinkerer.
