Logging to a FTB Ultimate server

When someone tries to login to my ftb ultimate server i get this error:

Are you trying to run this off your coumputer looks like a port forward issue

it's on a server, the ports are open for sure.
i see the server online but when i try to log it saying "logging in" for a long time and then just gives me an error
