Locking Chests, etc. in FTB Ultimate

Hello Guys,
I got a FTB-Ultimate (works with MCPC+) server on which im playing with some friends. Now my question:

How can i lock chests or doors which are non-vanilla blocks (like iron chests, arcane doors, ect.)? The players shall lock their own blocks but only on their own regions (defined with worldguard). I already tried it with LWC but it didnt work (cause LWC only knows about vanilla-blocks).

I used a mod called MyTown its a forge version of towny. Works perfectly as it was designed for the mindcrack pack so it has most the IDs. Even has user controleable disabling/enabling of turtles,quarrys etc in their claimed town.
There is also GriefPrevention for bukkit (golden shovel claiming) which works well with FTB and lets you add custom block IDs.

Im currently using towny and just added all the block IDs that I'd like it to lock
