So I just recently downloaded FTB, this is for Monster, I kept getting this error but I can't find any solutions. I have windows 8.1. I ended up trying this on mojang minecraft and the same thing was popping up. Need help.

I see McAfee, are you running Anti Virus? Sometimes it see's the launchers as a virus as well.
 
I forgot which version of Java, i know its the latest, but i have the 64 bit, should I uninstall McAfee? I never use it anyways.

Then you don't know if it's the latest. Check and update. Only uninstall if u have another anti-virus, just check it's not blocking anything and run launcher as administrator
