I have ftb Direwolf20's mod pack 1.6.4, I am trying to get rid of the hearts in the top left corner, I know its in the config of the file, but my folder doesn't show a config file, any suggestions?
That sounds like a GUI feature added by Dartcraft. If you have indeed added Dartcraft, then that will be the config file you will need to modify.
Yeah I had added the Dartcraft 0.2.15.jar file to the mods in the Direwolf20 mod pack. I cannot find the config file in my dartcraft file. Can someone walk me through it?That is exactly why i was asking because I added it to the direwolf 20 pack and is indeed a config option.
When you say first run minecraft, do you mean ftb? i checked and cannot find it, and i know the mod is installed because I have all of the dartcraft addons. The config files are created when you first run minecraft with the mods installed. I can tell you that you there is folder inside the config folder called, funnily enough, dartcraft. The file you need to open is the one called 'main. The line you require is in the client side section of the config and is below. The default is false just change it to true like I did.
# Hides the magic meter at all times, regardless of other settings.
B:"Hide Magic"=true
THANK YOU SO MUCH MAN!!!!!When you add a mod and load it up minecraft, ftb, for the first time it will create the config files for that mod. So if you have launched the game once with the dartcraft mod installed go to the direwolf 1.6.4 pack inside your ftb folder and inside there will be a config folder and inside that will be the dartcraft folder.
If you don't know where you have installed ftb then go to the options and it will tell you your install folder.
