Hmmm... I started playing the 1.0.3 alpha today and I can't find a way to transfer RF.

It seems the conduits are gone, so I took a look at Extreme Utilities' transfer cables. I can't output energy though unless I have a transfer node which I cannot make because I need a QBE.

Please tell me it's something I've overlooked, I haven't played with Extreme Utilities and I don't know how it works. I really liked the conduits though, pity they're gone...

conduits will return in an additional mod to be released soon™ and looking at the modlist you can use rednet energy cables from MFR

Ah, thank you kindly good sir. The energy cables worked nicely. If I'm not mistaken they're a new addition to MFR aren't they? Last time i played with the mod some months ago they didn't exist...
