I have an unusual problem...

My Fermenters has starting to goof out on me, not accepting the water i supply them with...
So i took a look at it and saw this:

They somehow disconnect to eachother and if i try to wrench any of them i get a crash with this error:

What causes this??

I normally get a similar error with gregtech machines. If i teleport into their chunk it takes a while for them to load. once their texture is shown correctly i can use them, otherwise i crash when i right click them.
