Hello fellow beast feeders

Is there any way you can supply a liquid transposer with water by inputting it through buildcraft waterproof pipes?

Thanx beforehand for any response :D

Yes, just mark the side the pipe enters as a input in the liquid transposers settup (tab on the side when you open the liquid transposer).

Aha... had forgotten that wooden pipes can't input into other machines. Thanks for the response, it's fixed :D

If you only want water you can also put an aqeuous accumulater right next to the transposer, though you'll also want to put some water source blocks near the accumulater so it produces water faster. Another thing, you should be able to attach an accumulater directly to a water flow system to keep even gold pipes filled with water without having to use any engines or the wooden pipe. I haven't tried this out myself, but seeing as the machine can output directly to adjacent machines it should work.

Edit: Just tested it and so far one accumulater is feeding 6 combustion engines with water to spare. Gonna see how many I can get.

Yea, you can pump the water around from pipes and you don't need a wooden pipe to do so.

Although I haven't done it myself, you can actually keep a high pressure max size boiler full of water with 1 Aqueous Accumulator, so that shows just how quickly it can produce water.

Doing a bit more testing and some of those 6 engines exploded so...yea :X Looks like it can keep 3 combustions topped off, but struggles with the 4th, gonna see how that compares with than autarchic gate sending out pulse + signal to 4 redstone engines.

Edit: After a bit of running the gate and four engines are struggling to supply the 4th combustion engine as well, so we can say that one Accumulater is pretty darn effective to say the least. Also, just built an incredibly silly water tank made of about 84 accumulaters. Now to find a way to pipe all that water out and use it :X

Second Edit: And now that same setup is feeding 6 engines easily...I hate these kinda things sometimes -_-
