I rent a 8GB server from Shockbyte and when there are four of us on, our RAM usage climbs to around 2.5GB on the server. We run FTB Infinity + RoC/ReC/ElectriC + Immersive Engineering + Ancient Warfare and we are around early mid game so none of our bases is near as big as it will be. Hope this is a useful data point for you.

(Infinity already has immersive engineering, FYI. :))

I don't doubt you are right; we are playing 1.5.1 and had to add it to that version. I assume it has been added to subsequent versions?

Yep. I'm running a slightly newer version than you and I still don't have it, so it's a fairly new addition.

I don't see why you're just jumping to conclusions and are just saying that you doubt I'm right. How would I know you are playing on a different version... Here is the link to the changelogs for infinity http://www.feed-the-beast.com/modpacks/FTBInfinity I'm not saying you HAVE to play the newest version, or you HAVE to always read changelogs, but...

Actually, I said I don't doubt that you are right. As you pointed out, IE was added in 1.10.1 and we are many versions behind which is why we choose to add it manually to our sever.
