lightly modified Infinity server crash

I am working on making a server so that my world can run when im not on minecraft. However it is crashing and it looks like a problem with one of the mods. remove resource loader. You don't need that.

ok its not crashing but when I try to join it I get connection Lost timed out every time but the server.

That's usually because of lag, it's not really because of a specific mod.
