Hi I was just wondering what mod does FTB Infinity lite use to show the light levels (the red and yellow circles)

I can verify that it is FTB Utilities. I know it is supposed to more FPS friendly but I don't like how slow it is to respond to light level changes so I usually disable it.
The circular yellow/red dots is added by FTBUtils, as mentioned above.
There is a mod that attempts to duplicate the NEI light level indicators and chunk boundary grids, if those were more to your liking. I believe it is More Light Overlays or something similar, but a quick Curse search should find it. By default, the two mods' keybinds conflict, so if they are both in the pack you will have to adjust that in order to get the one you want.
