Hi!

Today I wanted to play FTB Infinity, as I do a little bit everyday. I went to my base, and I just saw my base turned orange for the most part. This was marble, so white, and it's still marble but whenever there is a light source, the blocks just next to it turn blue, and all the other blocks lightened by it turn orange.

I took my amulet of the night (from Runic Dungeon) out, which removed my night vision, and the colors were gone. AS for the light, which is really annoying. It doesn't come from Runic Dungeon, as any source of night vision gives me these colors.

Here are some screenshots, if someone can explain me where it comes from and/or how to remove it?
(I can't explain why there is light on the mountain, but it shows perfectly what I say)

Thanks!

Night vision does indeed make surfaces illuminated by artificial light look weird and terrible. That's all Mojang, although in the default resource pack it's not nearly as pronounced as in your screenshots.

As for the weird patch of light on your mountain, I'd guess it's Gaseous Glowstone (from Thaumic Tinkerer), light from an Arcane Lamp (Thaumcraft), or some for of normal-looking block treated with glowstone, by way of Carpender's Blocks, Forge Multipart, or EnderIO, or maybe a weird vanilla lighting glitch. Have you (or has anyone nearby on your server) been using any of those mods?

If it's the Thaumic Tinkerer stuff, you can clear it fairly efficiently with a Fume Dissipator. If it's from an Arcane Lamp, removing an arcane lamp nearby will cause them to dissipate pretty quickly. If FMP, Carpenter's, or EIO, some of those stone blocks are not what they seem, and WAILA will tell you so if you look at them. If it's a vanilla glitch... if you find which blocks are causing the light in the first place and place cobblestone in them, that might fix it?

No way to fix the colors? Maybe adjusting the gamma in option files?
And concerning the light on the mountain, I've used thaumcraft but no arcane lamp, and I haven't researched any thaumic tinkerer's research. It is probably a glitch. Anyway, thx for the answer!
