Should be available around Easter, has anybody been able to make one yet?

Also, is there a timeframe for the Celebratory bees?

Feb 27th to March 10th. March 10th is Binnie's Birthday. Just change your system clock.

Celebratory bees were originally enabled around the end of February, but they don't have an actual special timing; I bred some today in Ultimate. The general area for Leporine is April 6-15.

Leporine makes eggs, and Silky combs relatively faster than tropical bees, even with the same speed trait.
