Title:
Lenovo y50, FTB low fps
Launcher Version:v1.4.7
Modpack:Test Pack Please Ignore TTPI
Modpack Version:TTPI v1.1.2 MC v1.6.4
Log Link:
Details of the issue:System specs:
i7 4910HQ 2,5 - 3,5
256 HDD SSD
8 GB RAM
GeForce 860M 2 GB
I can't get more than 9 fps running this pack with a resource pack enabled, I get 30-40 with standard minecraft textures. I maked sure jawaw.exe, minecraft.exe, feedthebeast.exe is running on the 860m in the nvidia options, but it doesnt help at all. I maked sure Vsync is off and its set to max FPS. I don't have optifine installed since I don't believe it's needed - I should be able to run it, right?
The RAM is set to 4 GB through the FTB launcher and the JAVA is set to high priority in the task manager.
I'm getting 100+ FPS when I play minecraft through the original launcher - i'm just confused, and i'm sure FTB still loads on my Intel HD graphic card instead of the 860m I can't confirm it or change it.
Any help is much needed.
Sorry for my bad grammar, i'm from Denmark.
Cheers - SImon
