Lava Bee Farm

Okay I reached Demonic bees and I am trying to make a renewable lava farm with those, Basically I am using 1 alveary at the moment but I am trying to figure out how to automate it, I left it on yesterday with a lava tank, 2 lava engines and 1 cobble gen and somehow it sucked all the lava. Basically I am having problems on
1. Cobble gen taking all the room in the Squeezer
2. Lava engines sucking up all the Lava
I am using Direwolf_20 1.5.2, Can anyone help with this design? (Built in the nether)

1 try using Logistic pipes supplier pipe, or thaumcraft clay golem, to keep exact amount of cobble and wax(or whatever those bees produce) in squeezer to prevent it from filling with only 1 item.
2 use more alvearies or add frames.

How much Phosphor/hour does your bee produce? One Demonic Bee should be able to supply a >lot< more than just two Magmatic Engines. One engine needs a bucket of lava every 4 minutes, with 30 phosphor/hour you should be able to keep them running. (Actually you would need 40ish, since you are using cobblestone)

To increase your phosphor production:
* Make sure your bees have at least "Fast" production speed, you can get that from Cultivated bees. "Fastest" would be even better, but takes some more breeding.
* Longer life also helps a little bit
* Make sure you have frames in the alveary (that alone is an x8 multiplier)
* Don't use cobble, pulverize it into sand instead (this way you get one lava bucket per piece of phosphor)

I really should get into logistics pipes if they can do this. I've been using routers designating slots to deal with multiple items in a squeezer.

I was thinking of using Logistic pipes, but for some unknown reason its uncraftable (I get the things and unable to get it out of crafting table) I might try to make it into stand instead and use that to create the lava
