Are you using the username (or email) and password for your Minecraft account? Try setting it to not save your password.
And just because you don't like pastebin.com doesn't mean we don't. In fact, we prefer it. Most of the time a single image or snippet of the log doesn't tell the whole story.

Yes, I am using my Minecraft username (Not email) and password. I just tried setting it to not save and it still didn't work.
Also I don't like it because I don't know how to use it. I copy and pasted my console into it but it looks just the same as the picture I just put up. I don't see any difference.

This. Unless you have an unmigrated Minecraft account from back in the alpha days, you have a Mojang account. Use your email you used when you set up your Mojang account.
