Launcher Works! But all modpacks are off center

We play on a 46'' LCD TV. Modpacks start loading a bit off center when using the FTB Launcher. Once the game loads - Minecraft stays off center when in Full Screen mode. Everything is shifted to the right and down.

Twitch, Multi-MC, and regular Minecraft all start centered. If anyone knows anything that can help please reply!
