Launcher won't launch

Details of the issue:
After downloading the launcher, it said I couldn't use any of the mod packs until i download the x64 java. I did, and now the the launcher wont even open. Any help?​
 
Download Java 64. Close the launcher if it's open. Open the launcher and go to the Options tab. In the Options tab there will be a slide bar to adjust the RAM. Increase that to at least 4gb.
