Launcher unable to connect to internet

It looks as though my FTB launcher won't connect to the internet on my computer. None of the modpacks show up, and the news/maps/texturepacks don't load either. It's worked fine on another computer on the network
I've let it through my firewall and I don't know what else could be the issue.

Missing alot of info in that log, could you upload a new log where you copy and paste the whole content of your console?

What anti-virus are you using? Some anti-virus software have a feature to block internet access to all unsigned jar files, including the FTB launcher.

I'm using avast, but I've tried it on another computer with avast and it works fine
